Introducing...
The Metamo4ic Math Center’s
Newest Program

The Math Carnival

What is a Math Carnival?

Our Math Carnival blends
mathematical thinking with
carnival fun and is conducted
on site at your school or
organization.

Your organization may choose
from over 25 booths.  Your
school or organization supplies
the workers, tables, and chairs.
We supply the booth activities,
set-up the booths, directions
for the booth workers, and take
down the booths.

Included in our fees are
consolation prizes for all
participants and redemption
tickets for winners of activities.
Tickets may be redeemed as
your organization chooses
(extra recess time, homework
passes, etc) or  your school or
organization has the option to
upgrade to small, medium and
large prizes for an additional
cost or you may supply your
own.

Math Carnival Ideas:

  • Have the older students
    be the workers and
    sponsor the carnival for
    younger students.
  • Have an all-day carnival
    for your entire school.
    Each grade level would
    attend at a selected time.
  • Sell tickets and make the
    Math Carnival a
    fundraising event for the
    PTO, PTA, etc.
